Refund policy

Shopping Mart aims to provide a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience to customers across India. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible product, you may request a return, replacement, or refund subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

A product may be eligible for return if:

• You received a damaged or defective product.

• You received a product different from the one you ordered.

• The product is materially different from its description.

• The product meets the return conditions specified on the product page.

• The return request is submitted within the applicable return period.

Products must generally be returned in their original condition, unused, with the original packaging, tags, accessories, and other items supplied with the order.

Non-Returnable Products

Return Request

To request a return, please contact us at support@shoppingmart.co.in with your order number and details of the issue.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may request photographs, videos, an unboxing video, or other supporting information to verify the issue.

After reviewing the request, we will communicate the next steps and, where applicable, the return process.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved because the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, return shipping arrangements may be provided according to the circumstances of the order.

For other eligible returns, applicable return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or may be payable by the customer, where permitted.

Refunds

Once an approved returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to the applicable terms.

For prepaid orders, eligible refunds may generally be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to provide valid bank account or other payment details to receive an eligible refund.

The time required for a refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method, bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

Replacement

Where appropriate and subject to product availability, Shopping Mart may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

If a replacement is unavailable or cannot reasonably be provided, an eligible refund may be processed.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the order status.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return process may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Customers are encouraged to keep the product, packaging, invoice, tags, and other materials until the issue has been resolved.

Refund Exceptions

A return or refund request may be declined if:

• The product does not meet the applicable return conditions.

• The return period has expired.

• The product has been used, damaged, altered, or mishandled by the customer.

• Original packaging, accessories, tags, or other required items are missing.

• The information provided in the return request is inaccurate or misleading.
